The invention relates to a multi-channel vent pipe and a floating platform applying the multi-channel vent pipe, the multi-channel vent pipe comprises a vent main pipe and N vent branch pipes, the vent main pipe is internally provided with N channels, and an air outlet of each vent branch pipe is respectively communicated with air inlet ends of the N channels of the vent main pipe; wherein N is a natural number greater than 3; the air inlet end of each ventilation branch pipe is used for being communicated with a ballast tank of the floating platform. The ventilation main pipe with N channels extends out of the deck of the floating platform to be communicated with the atmosphere and used for ventilation of the ballast tank. The floating platform applying the multi-channel vent pipe further comprises three stand columns, and a ballast tank and a void tank are arranged in each stand column. The air inlet end of each ventilation branch pipe of the multi-channel ventilation pipe is communicated with one ballast tank, the air inlet end of a ventilation main pipe is located at the bottom of a void tank flush with the bottommost ballast tank, and a main body of the ventilation main pipe penetrates through the void tank till the air outlet end extends out of a deck.
