The invention provides a light offshore booster station and offshore hydrogen production and hydrogenation fusion platform. The fusion platform is arranged in an edge area of an offshore wind power plant; the fusion platform is provided with five layers, the first layer to the second layer of the fusion platform are hydrogen production function areas, and the third layer to the fifth layer of the fusion platform are power transformation function areas; a cable shaft is jointly arranged on the hydrogen production functional area and the power transformation functional area of the fusion platform, and a power supply cable, a hydrogen pipeline and a cooling water pipe are arranged in the cable shaft; the power supply cable is connected with the hydrogen production functional area and the power transformation functional area, the power transformation functional area is provided with a main transformer radiator and a main transformer body below the fifth layer of the fusion platform in a staggered manner, and the power transformation functional area is provided with a storage battery chamber on the fourth layer of the fusion platform. According to the fusion platform, the offshore hydrogen production and hydrogenation functions are fused, the contradiction between rapid increase of offshore wind power and low power grid construction speed can be effectively relieved while extra land acquisition through the sea is not needed, the problem of offshore wind power consumption is solved, and the wind energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明提供了一种轻型化海上升压站与海上制氢、加氢融合平台,在海上风电场的边缘区域设置融合平台;所述融合平台设有五层,所述融合平台的一层‑二层为制氢功能区,且三层‑五层为变电功能区;所述融合平台的制氢功能区和变电功能区上共同设置电缆竖井,所述电缆竖井内设置供电电缆、氢气管道和冷却水管;所述供电电缆连接制氢功能区和变电功能区,所述变电功能区在融合平台五层下方错层设置主变散热器与主变本体,所述变电功能区在融合平台四层设置蓄电池室。本发明融合平台融合了海上制氢、加氢功能,无需额外用海征地的同时,能够有效缓解海上风电快速增长和电网建设速度较慢之间的矛盾,解决海上风电消纳问题,提高风能利用率。
