The method comprises the following steps: constructing a city three-dimensional reconstruction model, and determining city key nodes based on the three-dimensional reconstruction model; based on the urban key nodes, deploying edge computing nodes; constructing a road safety intelligent monitoring network, wherein the road safety intelligent monitoring network is obtained by integrating a traffic scene recognition operator, a road traffic behavior analysis model and an edge computing node; interacting the intelligent traffic monitoring array to obtain traffic data flow; and carrying out safety monitoring on the traffic data flow based on the road safety intelligent monitoring network to obtain a road safety monitoring report. According to the method, the edge computing nodes are deployed at the urban key nodes, so that real-time execution of a road safety detection algorithm is realized, the technical problem that a centralized data processing mode cannot meet the requirements of huge data scale and low data processing efficiency at present is solved, and the technical effect of improving urban traffic management efficiency and safety is achieved.
