The invention relates to the technical field of track detection, in particular to a track fault detection method and device, a controller, a vehicle and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing a to-be-detected track image to obtain a target image; performing edge extraction on the target image to obtain a track edge image; performing fault detection on the track edge image through a preset YOLOv5 model to obtain a fault detection result corresponding to the to-be-detected track image; the backbone network of the preset YOLOv5 model comprises a self-attention module. According to the method, the extraction effect of the edge features can be enhanced, so that the monitoring accuracy and robustness are improved, the fault detection result obtained through detection is more comprehensive and accurate, the safety and reliability of rail transit are improved, and the intelligent degree of rail fault detection is also improved.

    本发明涉及轨道检测技术领域,具体涉及一种轨道故障检测方法、装置、控制器、车辆和介质。所述方法包括:对待检测轨道图像进行预处理,得到目标图像;对目标图像进行边缘提取,得到轨道边缘图像;通过预设YOLOv5模型对轨道边缘图像进行故障检测,得到与待检测轨道图像对应的故障检测结果;预设YOLOv5模型的骨干网络中包括自注意力模块。本发明可以加强对于边缘特征的提取效果,以提高监测的准确性和鲁棒性,且检测得到的故障检测结果更为全面和准确,提高了轨道交通的安全性和可靠性,也提升了轨道故障检测的智能化程度。
