The invention discloses a vibration isolation structure of an automobile integrated kettle. The vibration isolation structure comprises a kettle body, a vibration isolation plate and a vibration isolation sleeve. The vibration isolation plate extends in the horizontal direction and covers an upper port of the kettle body. The vibration isolation sleeve is arranged along the peripheral side of the kettle body in a sleeving mode, and the contact face part between the vibration isolation sleeve and the kettle body is in interference fit. According to the technical scheme, firstly, the vibration isolation plate is arranged at the upper end opening of the kettle body in a covering mode so that axial vibration borne by the kettle body can be reduced; secondly, the vibration isolation sleeve is arranged on the peripheral side of the kettle body in a sleeving mode, the contact face part between the vibration isolation sleeve and the kettle body is in interference fit, it is guaranteed that the kettle body does not fall off from the vibration isolation plate or the vibration isolation sleeve due to vibration through interference fit, and meanwhile, the vibration isolation sleeve is not prone to falling off from the vibration isolation plate or the vibration isolation sleeve; radial vibration on the kettle body is reduced, so that the service life of the integrated kettle is guaranteed, and the integrated kettle is prevented from being damaged by external force.

    本发明公开了一种汽车集成水壶的隔振结构,包括水壶本体、隔振板和隔振套;所述隔振板沿水平方向延伸,盖设于所述水壶本体的上端口处;所述隔振套沿所述水壶本体周侧套设,其中,所述隔振套与所述水壶本体之间的接触面部分采用过盈配合。在本发明技术方案中,首先,通过所述隔振板盖设于所述水壶本体的上端口处,用以减少所述水壶本体受到的轴向振动;其次,再通过所述隔振套套设于所述水壶本体的周侧,且所述隔振套与所述水壶本体之间的接触面部分采用过盈配合,采取过盈配合保证所述水壶本体不因振动而与所述隔振板或者所述隔振套中脱落出去,同时,减少所述水壶本体受到的径向振动,进而保障了集成水壶的使用寿命,避免受到外力而损坏。
