The invention discloses a battery discharge electric energy detection method which is applied to a battery discharge electric energy detection system, the system comprises a battery, a high-grade electric energy metering standard device and a load, and a battery metering module is arranged in the battery; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first electric energy value of a battery output port for multiple times; acquiring a second electric energy value output by the battery metering module for multiple times; determining a target battery metering module measurement error according to the first electric energy value and the second electric energy value of each time; errors caused by other influence quantities except the measurement error of the target battery metering module are obtained, and the battery discharge electric energy measurement error is determined; respectively determining a first sensitivity coefficient corresponding to a measurement error of the target battery metering module and a second sensitivity coefficient corresponding to an error caused by other influence quantities; determining A-class uncertainty caused by measurement errors of the target battery metering module, and acquiring B-class uncertainty caused by errors caused by other influence quantities; determining a standard uncertainty; and calculating the scalar expansion uncertainty.
