The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, in particular to a liquid cooling charging cable which comprises an insulating outer layer, an explosion-proof layer, a first insulating filling layer, a second insulating filling layer and a cable core. The insulating outer layer is located at the outermost layer and is made of an insulating material, the explosion-proof layer is embedded in the insulating outer layer, the first insulating filling layer is embedded in the explosion-proof layer, and the cross sections of the insulating outer layer, the explosion-proof layer and the first insulating filling layer are all circular; the invention further relates to a heat exchange base of the liquid cooling charging cable. The heat exchange base comprises a plurality of first assemblies, a second assembly, a third assembly, a plurality of screw holes and a plurality of screws. According to the invention, the wire core directly exchanges heat with the insulating cooling liquid, the heat exchange efficiency is high, a copper wire core with a smaller diameter can be adopted in large-current charging, and the liquid cooling access channel and the wire core share a channel, so that compared with an independent liquid cooling channel, the section size of the charging cable can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the lightweight problem of the charging cable is solved.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种液冷充电线缆,包括绝缘外层、防爆层、第一绝缘填充层、第二绝缘填充层和线芯;所述绝缘外层位于最外层且采用绝缘材料制作,所述防爆层镶嵌于绝缘外层内内部,所述第一绝缘填充层镶嵌于防爆层内部,且所述绝缘外层、防爆层和第一绝缘填充层的截面均为圆形;本发明还涉及了一种液冷充电线缆的换热底座,包括多个第一组件、第二组件、第三组件、多个螺杆孔和多个螺杆。本发明中线芯直接和绝缘冷却液进行热量交换,热交换效率高,大电流充电中可采用更小直径铜线芯,且液冷进出通道和线芯共用通道,相比采用独立液冷通道,可以最大程度减少充电线缆截面大小,实现充电线缆轻量化问题。
