The invention relates to the technical field of power grid control, and discloses a power grid dispatching method and system based on vehicle-network interactive control, and the method comprises the steps: predicting a power grid climbing increment estimated value in a current day according to historical climbing data and weather data; and adjusting the charging behavior of an adjustable electric vehicle cluster connected with the vehicle-network interaction control node through a preset first charging and discharging adjustment strategy so as to adjust the charging and discharging power of the adjustable electric vehicle cluster until the power grid reaches the power grid climbing increment estimated value in the current day, therefore, by adjusting the charging and discharging power strategy of the adjustable electric vehicle cluster in real time, stable and reliable electric energy supply can be provided for power grid climbing in time.

    本发明涉及电网控制技术领域,公开了一种基于车网互动控制的电网调度方法及系统,本方法通过根据历史爬坡数据以及天气数据预测当前日内的电网爬坡增量估值,根据电网的实时负荷状态,通过预设的第一充放电调整策略调节车网互动控制节点所连接的可调电动汽车集群的充电行为,以调节所述可调电动汽车集群的充放电功率直至电网达到所述当前日内的电网爬坡增量估值为止,从而通过实时调整对可调电动汽车集群的充放电功率策略,能够及时地为电网爬坡提供稳定可靠的电能供应。
