The method comprises the steps that the rotating speed of the compressor in a heat management system is monitored; when the rotating speed of the compressor is larger than the preset energy efficiency control critical rotating speed, the rotating speed of the compressor is reduced; and the maximum operation energy efficiency in the compressor rotating speed reducing process is obtained, and operation of the compressor is controlled according to the first target compressor rotating speed corresponding to the maximum operation energy efficiency. According to the control method of the compressor, in the operation process of the heat management system, the temperature of the battery or the passenger compartment can be maintained within the target temperature range, the heat management system can be in the efficient operation state, and the purposes of energy saving and comfort are achieved.
