The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery swap station and a battery swap control method. The battery swap station comprises a battery swap platform which is provided with a battery swap parking space and can rotate; the charging rack is arranged adjacent to the battery replacing platform and comprises a stand column and a plurality of charging layers which are sequentially arranged up and down in the axis direction of the stand column, and each charging layer is provided with a plurality of charging positions in the circumferential direction of the charging layer; the stand column is of a telescopic structure and/or the charging layer is arranged on the stand column in a sliding mode to ascend and descend in the axis direction of the stand column, so that one charging position is opposite to the battery replacement parking space. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-replaced battery pack model; controlling the stand column or the charging position to lift to a preset height; and/or controlling the battery replacing platform to rotate to a preset position. According to the invention, through telescoping of the stand column and/or lifting of the charging layer and cooperation with rotation of the battery replacement platform, alignment of the target charging position and the battery replacement parking space is realized, the alignment control difficulty is reduced, and the battery replacement efficiency can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车换电站及换电控制方法。换电站包括:换电平台,换电平台设有换电停车位,且换电平台可旋转;与换电平台相邻布置的充电架,充电架包括立柱以及沿立柱的轴线方向上下依次布置的若干个充电层,各充电层沿其周向设置有若干个充电位;立柱为伸缩式结构和/或充电层滑动设于立柱以沿立柱的轴线方向升降,以使其中一个充电位与换电停车位相对。控制方法包括如下步骤:获取待更换的电池包型号;控制立柱或充电位升降到预设高度;和/或,控制换电平台旋转到预设位置。本申请通过立柱的伸缩和/或充电层的升降,并配合换电平台的旋转,以实现目标充电位与换电停车位的对位,降低了对位控制难度,有助于提升换电效率。
