A pneumatic sucker gripper; the camera is used for shooting a target object to obtain a target image; the laser sensing module is used for collecting point cloud data of a target area; and the data processing module is used for performing path planning based on the point cloud data, controlling the crane body to move to an area corresponding to a target object according to the planned path, determining the pose of the target object based on the target image, and controlling the pneumatic suction cup gripper to grab the target object based on the pose. The pneumatic suction cup gripper, the camera, the laser sensing module and the data processing module are all arranged on the crane body. The technical problem that an existing crane is low in cargo grabbing operation efficiency is solved by automatically planning a path and controlling the pneumatic suction cup gripper to grab objects.
本发明提供一种气动吸附起重机,属于起重机技术领域,气动吸附起重机包括:起重机本体;气动吸盘抓手;摄像头,用于拍摄目标物体,得到目标图像;激光传感模块,用于采集目标区域的点云数据;数据处理模块,用于基于所述点云数据进行路径规划,并控制所述起重机本体按照规划的路径运动至目标物体对应区域,且基于所述目标图像确定所述目标物体的位姿,还基于所述位姿控制所述气动吸盘抓手抓取所述目标物体。所述气动吸盘抓手、所述摄像头、所述激光传感模块和所述数据处理模块均设置于所述起重机本体上。本发明通过自动规划路径和控制气动吸盘抓手抓取物体,解决现有的起重机抓取货物的作业效率低的技术问题。
