The total weight of the main balancing weight plus or minus the auxiliary balancing weight is closest to the total weight of the elevator car, the running stability of the elevator car is guaranteed, meanwhile, the motor driving force needed in the running process can be reduced, the service life of the traction machine is further prolonged, the intelligence degree is high, and use is more convenient.

    本发明提供了一种电梯能量智能分配系统,包括安装板、曳引机、主曳引绳、电梯轿厢、控制箱和主配重块,安装板的上表面左侧固定有曳引机,曳引机输出端的曳引轮外侧嵌套有主曳引绳,主曳引绳的左右端分别固定有电梯轿厢和主配重块,曳引机的顶部固定有控制箱,安装板上表面右侧的前后端分别固定有前支撑架和后支撑架,后支撑架背面的左右端均纵向固定有液压缸,前支撑架和后支撑架之间设置有分配组件,本发明可根据电梯轿厢的重量自动调节组合配重,使主配重块加上或减去副配重块的总配重与电梯轿厢总重最为接近,保证电梯轿厢运行的稳定性的同时可以降低运行中所需的电机驱动力,进一步的提高了曳引机的使用寿命,智能度较高,使用更加方便。
