The invention relates to a cast-in-situ bored pile construction method without hindering traffic safety of an adjacent business line, which comprises the following steps: determining the most unfavorable construction position according to a construction category division table of the adjacent business line, and formulating a scheme that the hoisting operation of a reinforcement cage does not affect the safety of the business line during site construction; leveling the field; according to a design drawing, pile position coordinates are rechecked, and pile foundation construction lofting is carried out; embedding a pile casing; a drilling machine is in place, the drilling machine drills in the running interval time, and slurry wall protection is conducted in a drilled hole; cleaning the hole for the first time; the reinforcement cage is lowered section by section; a drilling machine lifting system is adopted to place a guide pipe into the well hole; cleaning the hole for the second time; pouring concrete; and forming the pile. The steel reinforcement cage hoisting device has the beneficial effects that the steel reinforcement cage cannot overturn or swing in the air in the hoisting process, so that the safety of a business line cannot be influenced, a pile hole cannot be damaged, the cast-in-situ bored pile construction operation can be carried out without stopping the line under the condition that the driving safety of an adjacent business line is not hindered, and the pile forming quality is easy to guarantee.

    本发明涉及一种不妨碍邻近营业线行车安全的钻孔灌注桩施工方法,包括:根据邻近营业线施工类别划分表确定最不利施工位置,并制定现场施工时钢筋笼吊装作业不会影响营业线安全的方案;平整场地;根据设计图纸,复核桩位坐标,以及开展桩基施工放样;埋设护筒;钻机就位,并在行车间隙时间钻机钻进,所钻孔内泥浆护壁;第一次清孔;钢筋笼逐节下笼作业;采用钻机提升系统向井孔内安放导管;第二次清孔;灌注混凝土;成桩。有益效果为:钢筋笼吊装过程中不会倾覆或在空中摆动幅度较大,从而不会影响营业线安全,以及不会损伤桩孔,确保可以在不妨碍邻近营业线行车安全的情况下不停线进行钻孔灌注桩施工作业,成桩质量易于保证。
