The heating unit heats the blown air blown to the space to be air-conditioned, using the heat of the high-pressure refrigerant radiated by the condenser as a heat source. The low-temperature-side heat medium circuit is configured so as to circulate a low-temperature-side heat medium that absorbs heat by the refrigerant in the evaporator, and has heat source devices (42, 45, 46) and heat adjustment units (41, 44, 47). The control unit controls the rotation speed (Nc) of the compressor and the operation of at least one of the heat source and the heat adjustment unit to adjust the temperature (Tw1) of the low-temperature-side heat medium such that the amount of heat movement for heating the blown air by the heating unit approaches a predetermined target value.
