The invention relates to a fireproof composite material structure, a preparation method thereof and composite side window glass. Wherein the fireproof composite material structure body at least comprises an interpenetrating network layer, and the interpenetrating network layer is an interpenetrating network structure layer which is prepared from an adhesive and K2O.nS < iO2 >-based nano hard fibers with the diameter of 900 nm to 2.5 microns and the modulus of 4.5 to 5.5; the high-modulus K2O.nS < i > O < 2 >-based nano hard fiber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18 to 75 parts of tetraethoxysilane, 0.1 to 0.5 part of nitric acid, 30 to 120 parts of deionized water, 50 to 200 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, 1 to 2 parts of ethanol, 0.5 to 1 part of a reactive emulsifier SE-10N, 0.4 to 1.2 parts of ammonia water and 3 to 6 parts of potassium hydroxide, and the high-modulus K2O.nS < i > O < 2 >-based nano hard fiber is prepared by using a multi-channel in-situ electrostatic spinning method. The composite side window glass has fireproof and heat insulation functions and is long in service life.

    本发明是关于一种防火用复合材料结构体及其制备方法与复合式侧窗玻璃。其中,防火用复合材料结构体至少包括互穿网络层,所述互穿网络层为由粘接剂与直径为900nm~2.5μm、模数为4.5~5.5的K2O·nS iO2基纳米硬质纤维制成的互穿网络结构层;所述高模数K2O·nS iO2基纳米硬质纤维,以重量份计,其原料由以下物质:18~75份正硅酸乙酯,0.1~0.5份硝酸,30~120份去离子水,50~200份聚乙醇醇水溶液,1~2份乙醇,0.5~1份反应型乳化剂SE‑10N,0.4~1.2份氨水,3~6份氢氧化钾利用多通道原位静电纺丝法制备得到。本发明中的复合式侧窗玻璃具有防火隔热功能,使用寿命长。
