The invention relates to the technical field of pipe gallery steel member hoisting, in particular to pipe gallery steel member hoisting equipment and a construction method thereof.The pipe gallery steel member hoisting equipment comprises an extending mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the clamping mechanism is arranged at one end of the extending mechanism, and the hoisting mechanism is arranged at one end of the clamping mechanism; by means of the arranged structure, a rack can move outwards to drive a first steel wire rope to be unfolded outwards to be integrally in the shape similar to an inverted triangle, so that the whole device is more stable and not prone to rotating; by the adoption of the arranged structure, the pipe gallery steel component can be automatically clamped conveniently and rapidly when the winding roller is wound, the pipe gallery steel component can be further fixed and limited through downward movement of the arranged second telescopic rod, and therefore the hoisting stability is improved.

    本发明涉及管廊钢构件吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种管廊钢构件吊装设备及其施工方法,包括延伸机构、卡合机构、吊装机构、夹持机构、限位机构,所述延伸机构一端设有卡合机构,所述卡合机构一端设有吊装机构,所述吊装机构下端设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构一端设有限位机构,通过设置的结构可以使齿条向外移动会带动第一钢丝绳向外展开整体呈现类似倒三角的形状使整体更加稳定不易发生旋转,采用设置的结构可以在对收卷辊进行收卷的时候自动对管廊钢构件夹持住方便快捷,通过设置的第二伸缩杆向下运动会将管廊钢构件进一步固定限位,从而提高了吊装的稳定性。
