The invention relates to a gantry crane turntable bearing state monitoring system, which comprises an acoustic emission sensor used for measuring plastic deformation and fracture caused by the fact that the material load of a turntable bearing exceeds elastic deformation; the acceleration sensor is used for measuring the overall vibration state of the turntable bearing; the displacement sensor is used for measuring the sinkage of the turntable bearing; the grease sensor is used for measuring the lubrication state of the turntable bearing; the controller comprises a data acquisition unit, and the controller is electrically connected with the acoustic emission sensor, the acceleration sensor, the displacement sensor and the grease sensor; therefore, the acoustic emission sensor, the acceleration sensor, the displacement sensor and the grease sensor transmit data measured in real time to the data acquisition unit.
