The invention discloses a charging optimization control method of a wireless charging system and a control circuit thereof, which are applied to wireless charging of a lithium battery. According to the control method, a main control circuit is used for carrying out bridge arm modulation type control on a full-bridge inverter, and threshold voltage of a lithium battery is used as a current stage switching condition, so that the wireless charging system charges the lithium battery in a multi-stage constant current mode; meanwhile, the variable capacitor unit is adjusted through the main control circuit, so that the output current of the wireless charging system is kept stable; according to the charging optimization control method, the terminal voltage and the terminal current of the lithium battery are detected in real time through the Hall current sensor and the Hall voltage sensor, the output current of the wireless charging system is controlled through the main control circuit, the multi-stage constant-current charging optimization control method of the wireless charging system is achieved, the charging speed of the lithium battery is increased, and the charging efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the damage to the service life of the lithium battery under multiple charge-discharge cycles is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无线充电系统的充电优化控制方法及其控制电路,应用于锂电池的无线充电。该控制方法利用主控制电路对全桥逆变器进行桥臂调制式控制,以锂电池的阈值电压作为电流阶段性切换的条件,使无线充电系统以多级恒流的模式对锂电池进行充电;同时,通过主控制电路调节可变电容单元,使无线充电系统的输出电流保持稳定;该充电优化控制方法通过霍尔电流传感器和霍尔电压传感器实时检测锂电池的端电压和端电流,利用主控制电路控制无线充电系统的输出电流,实现了无线充电系统的多级恒流充电优化控制方法,加快了锂电池的充电速度,同时减少了多次充放电循环下对锂电池寿命的损害。
