The embodiment of the invention discloses a tire pressure adjusting method and device of a vehicle, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the actual distance between each tire of the vehicle and the ground is obtained; determining a target tire and a target inflation and deflation amount based on the actual distance and the tire pressure of each tire of the vehicle; and based on the target inflating and deflating amount, inflating and deflating the target tire through an inflating and deflating device. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle balance can be adjusted, and the driving safety is guaranteed.
