The invention relates to a gradient estimation method based on machine learning and high-precision map correction, which combines machine learning and high-precision map correction and aims to provide more accurate, real-time and reliable gradient information. Vehicle gradient estimation is of great significance in modern automobile control systems and automatic driving technologies and is of great importance to vehicle stability and safety. A traditional slope estimation method generally depends on a vehicle-mounted sensor and is easily interfered by noise and sensor drifting, and slope information cannot be provided in a tunnel and an uncovered road area based on a high-precision map acquisition method. In order to overcome the limitations, the invention provides a gradient estimation method integrating various data sources and high-precision map information correction. The method not only can ensure high estimation precision, but also can ensure the adaptability in the tunnel and the uncovered area of the high-precision map, in addition, after training is finished, the method does not depend on the high-precision map, and the development cost can be reduced.
