The invention relates to the technical field of inspection unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a motorized oil pipeline inspection unmanned aerial vehicle and a control method thereof.The motorized oil pipeline inspection unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a driving assembly and an image assembly, the image assembly comprises a rotating table, a mounting table, a power component, a support, a buffering air bag and a buffering spring, the rotating table is located at the bottom of the vehicle body, and the mounting table is fixedly connected with the rotating table; the power component is connected with the rotating table, the support is fixedly connected with the rotating table, the buffering air bags are fixedly connected with the support, the buffering springs are located in the buffering air bags, and the driving assembly is connected with the machine body. When an obstacle is encountered, the power component firstly drives the rotating table to rotate, the lens of the camera is driven to be away from the obstacle, the lens is prevented from being collided and damaged, meanwhile, the obstacle preferentially touches the buffering air bag, buffering is conducted through air pressure, the buffering spring enhances the resilience force of the buffering air bag, the buffering effect is better, collision damage is avoided, and the inspection effect is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及巡检无人机技术领域,具体涉及一种机动输油管线巡检无人机及其控制方法,包括机体、驱动组件和影像组件,影像组件包括旋转台、安装台、动力构件、支架、缓冲气囊和缓冲弹簧,旋转台位于机体的底部,安装台与旋转台固定连接,动力构件与旋转台连接,支架与旋转台固定连接,多个缓冲气囊分别与支架固定连接,缓冲弹簧位于缓冲气囊的内部,驱动组件与机体连接。碰到障碍物时,动力构件首先驱动旋转台转动,带动摄像机的镜头远离障碍物,避免镜头碰撞损坏,同时,障碍物会优先触碰到缓冲气囊,利用气压进行缓冲,缓冲弹簧增强缓冲气囊的复弹力,促使缓冲效果更好,避免碰撞损坏,保障巡检效果。
