The invention discloses a transformer substation crane safety early warning method and system based on digital twinning, and the method achieves the high fusion of the real world crane state and a three-dimensional simulation model through the construction of a high-precision three-dimensional simulation model of a special transformer substation and a crane and the combination of the installation of monitoring equipment at a crane body and a hanging basket. In different voltage areas of the transformer substation, the system constructs a virtual sphere in the simulation model according to a preset safety distance, and the safety distance is set as the radius by taking the center of the hanging basket as the circle center. In the operation process of the crane, if the actual safety distance is larger than or equal to a set value due to swinging of the hanging basket, the virtual sphere is green; and when the actual safety distance is smaller than a set value, the virtual sphere turns red, and a real-time early warning function is provided. According to the method, the visual blind area during crane operation is effectively made up, the maintenance efficiency of the extra-high voltage transformer substation is remarkably improved, the possibility of electric shock accidents is greatly reduced, and the safety of the operation process is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生的变电站吊车安全预警方法及系统,该方法通过构建特变电站与吊车的高精度三维仿真模型,结合监测设备在吊车本体与吊篮处的安装,实现了现实世界吊车状态与三维仿真模型的高度融合。在变电站不同电压区域内,系统根据预设安全距离在仿真模型中构建虚拟球体,以吊篮中心为圆心,设定安全距离为半径。在吊车作业过程中,若吊篮摆动导致实际安全距离大于等于设定值时,虚拟球体为绿色;当实际安全距离小于设定值时,虚拟球体将转变为红色,提供实时预警功能。该方法有效弥补了吊车作业时的视觉盲区,显著提升了特高压变电站的检修效率,大幅降低了触电事故发生的可能性,确保了作业过程的安全性。
