The invention relates to a bidirectional electric vehicle coordination power control method and device based on hierarchical control, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product, and can be applied to the technical field of new energy. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring local parameters of a charging pile; uploading the local parameters to a control center; the control center is used for determining control parameters of the charging piles according to the local parameters uploaded by the controllers; acquiring control parameters issued by a control center; calculating secondary frequency modulation parameters of the charging pile according to the control parameters; and performing output control on the charging pile according to the control parameter and the secondary frequency modulation parameter. By adopting the method, the output control efficiency of the charging pile can be improved.
