The invention discloses a charging heat management system, a control method thereof and a charging pile, and the device comprises a sampling device which samples the liquid level height of a cooling liquid of a concave pipe at a cooling liquid storage tank; if the control device receives a cooling instruction, the control device controls the switch device and the water pump, so that after the clamping device clamps the corresponding hole positions of the charging pile side and the vehicle side, the cooling liquid loop enters a cooling liquid working mode; if the charging completion instruction is received, a switch device, a water pump and an air pump are controlled, so that an air pressure loop enters a cooling liquid collection mode; and according to the liquid level height of the cooling liquid in the concave pipe, the switch device and the air pump are controlled, so that the clamping device releases the corresponding hole positions of the charging pile side and the vehicle side, and charging cooling control over the vehicle side battery is achieved. According to the scheme, the clamping device of the gun body, the air pressure loop and the cooling liquid recovery flow path are arranged in the charging station thermal management system, so that the cooling liquid is prevented from leaking or leaking, the cooling liquid stored in other charging stations is also prevented from being polluted, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种充电热管理系统及其控制方法和充电桩,该装置包括:采样装置,采样冷却液储液箱处凹管的冷却液液面高度;控制装置,若接收到冷却指令,则控制开关装置和水泵,以使卡紧装置卡紧充电桩侧与车辆侧的对应孔位后,使冷却液回路进入冷却液工作模式;若接收到充电完毕指令,则控制开关装置、水泵和气泵,以使气压回路进入冷却液收集模式;根据凹管中的冷却液液面高度,控制开关装置和气泵,以使卡紧装置放开充电桩侧与车辆侧的对应孔位,实现对车辆侧电池的充电冷却控制。该方案,通过在充电站热管理系统中设置枪体的卡紧装置、气压回路和冷却液回收流路,避免泄漏或滴漏冷却液,也避免污染其他充电站所储存的冷却液,提升安全性。
