The invention relates to a fuel vehicle, an intelligent electricity protection system and method thereof and a controller. The intelligent electricity protection system comprises a lead-acid battery. The storage battery sensor is used for monitoring the electric quantity of the lead-acid battery; a reset switch; the intelligent power saver is connected with the storage battery, the storage battery sensor, the whole vehicle load and the reset switch and used for determining a target working mode according to target information in the current working mode of the intelligent power saver, the electric quantity monitored by the storage battery sensor, the network state of the fuel vehicle and the on-off state of the reset switch. The target working mode comprises one of a first current mode, a second current mode and an open circuit mode, and the output current of the intelligent power saver in the first current mode is greater than the output current of the intelligent power saver in the second current mode. According to the intelligent power protection system, the electric quantity loss of the lead-acid battery when a user does not use a fuel vehicle can be reduced, and the situation that the vehicle starting is affected due to serious power shortage of the lead-acid battery caused by long-time parking or abnormal power consumption of the vehicle is avoided.
