The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, solves the technical problems of voltage exceeding and frequency fluctuation in a power grid caused by rapid increase of the number of electric vehicles and complex and changeable behavior data at present, and particularly relates to an improved DBSCAN algorithm-based method for aggregating schedulable energy storage capacity of electric vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: defining a schedulability energy storage standard based on the adjustment flexibility of time and space of the electric vehicle, and designing a boundary according with the charging and discharging behavior of the electric vehicle according to the schedulability energy storage standard; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-modal data of an electric vehicle-charging pile energy storage system, and preprocessing the multi-modal data by adopting an improved Grubbs algorithm; according to the invention, efficient utilization and regulation of distributed resources are realized, an interaction scene between a large-scale electric vehicle and a provincial electric power transfer center is satisfied, and a decision basis is provided for a multi-level electric power balance auxiliary system participating in peak regulation, frequency modulation, voltage regulation and the like.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,解决了目前电动汽车数量的急剧增长与行为数据的复杂多变,导致电网中电压超标与频率波动等技术问题,尤其涉及一种基于改进DBSCAN算法的电动汽车聚合可调度储能容量方法,该方法包括以下步骤:基于电动汽车时间和空间的调节灵活性定义可调度性储能标准,并根据可调度性储能标准设计符合电动汽车充放电行为边界;获取电动汽车‑充电桩储能系统的多模态数据,并采用改进的Grubbs算法对多模态数据进行预处理。本发明实现对分布式资源高效利用与调控,满足大规模电动汽车与省级电力调动中心互动场景,为参与调峰、调频和调压等多层级电力平衡辅助系统提供了决策依据。
