The invention discloses a hydraulic front axle disengaging mechanism of a time-sharing four-wheel drive system of high-speed wheel type engineering equipment, which comprises a shifting fork, and a sliding sleeve connecting part is arranged on the outer wall of the shifting fork; two axial ends of the shifting fork are respectively provided with a position sensor target and a piston; the connecting rod sequentially penetrates through the position sensor target and the shifting fork to be connected with the piston. Hydraulic pressure is adopted for driving, a front axle disengaging mechanism is controlled to act, a front axle output shaft is cut off/combined, and therefore the requirement for four-wheel-drive/two-wheel-drive power mode switching is met. The front axle disengagement mechanism adopts a split design, and the connecting rod is connected with the piston bolt, so that the processing, manufacturing, replacing and repairing cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高速轮式工程装备分时四驱系统液压前桥脱开机构,包括拨叉,拨叉上外壁上设置有滑套连接部;拨叉轴向的两端分别设置有位置传感器靶标和活塞;连杆,依次穿过位置传感器靶标、拨叉与活塞连接。采用液压进行驱动,控制前桥脱开机构进行动作,切断/结合前桥输出轴,以满足四驱/两驱的动力模式切换。前桥脱开机构采用分体设计,连杆与活塞螺栓连接,降低了加工制造和换修成本。
