The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and discloses an electric balance correction method which comprises the following steps: inputting an initial power generation value of each working condition in a current driving cycle; wherein each driving cycle comprises a plurality of working conditions; according to the power consumption value of the previous working condition and the actual power generation value, obtaining a power generation amount correction value of the current working condition; obtaining an actual power generation value of the current working condition according to the power generation amount correction value and the initial power generation value of the current working condition; and controlling the generating capacity of the target vehicle under the current working condition according to the actual generating value. According to the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, the correction range is small, and electric balance is not easy to achieve can be solved.
