A directional lifting ring device with a steering pair comprises a lifting ring screw for being grabbed by a mechanical arm, a base used for being in rigid butt joint with a material container and a connecting block used for connecting the base and the lifting ring screw, a groove is formed in the middle of the upper surface of the base in a downward concave mode, and symmetrical pin shaft holes are formed in the two side walls of the base. A threaded hole for mounting a lifting bolt is concavely formed in the middle of the upper surface of the connecting block, and the lower end of the connecting block is in clearance fit with the groove; and the lower end of the connecting block is inserted into the groove on the base and then is connected through a pin shaft penetrating through the pin shaft hole and the passing groove. In a working state, a hoisted container can rotate around a revolute pair formed by a connecting block and a pin shaft of the container under the action of external force, so that the risk that the container falls off along with the hoisting ring due to the fact that the hoisting ring and the hook are easy to slip off due to rotation between the hook and the hoisting ring hole is avoided; after lifting is finished, the lifting ring can only fall down along the manger along with the connecting block according to the fixed direction, and therefore it is guaranteed that the lifting ring screw hole is located at the same determined position all the time.
一种带转向副的定向吊环装置,包括供机械手抓取的吊环螺钉、用于与物料容器刚性对接的底座及用于连接底座和吊环螺钉的连接块,底座上表面中部向下内凹有凹槽,两侧壁开有对称的销轴孔;连接块上表面中部内凹有装吊环螺钉的螺纹孔,连接块下端与凹槽间隙配合,连接块下端加工有走马槽;连接块下端插入底座上的凹槽后,经穿设在销轴孔及走马槽内的销轴连接。在工作状态时,被吊装容器在外力作用下可绕自身的连接块与销轴形成的转动副转动,避免了挂钩与吊环孔之间的转动而容易形成的吊环与挂钩的滑落,从而导致的容器随吊环掉落的危险;在吊装结束后,吊环随着连接块只能沿着走马槽按固定方向下落,从而保证吊环螺钉孔始终处在同一确定的位置。
