The invention belongs to the field of intelligent transportation, and relates to a mixed traffic flow macroscopic evolution rule model construction method based on vehicle microscopic information, which comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out vehicle group division on mixed traffic flow in a bottleneck road section scene in a highway tunnel, and selecting modeling parameters; s2, layered mapping is carried out on the vehicle data collected in the network connection environment, and a multi-dimensional feature matrix is formed; and S3, extracting a vehicle state feature matrix by using the convolutional neural network, and establishing a vehicle flow macroscopic evolution rule model based on the vehicle microscopic information. According to the method, the problem that traffic flow evolution is difficult to accurately and comprehensively describe by single microscopic or macroscopic modeling is solved, and a rule model capable of effectively reducing the prediction error of the vehicle quantity of the bottleneck road section is proposed and established by utilizing the processing advantage of the neural network model on space matrix data.
