The invention discloses a vehicle system fault processing method and device and a hybrid power vehicle. The method comprises the steps that working condition information of a vehicle target assembly is obtained, and the working condition information of the target assembly comprises at least one of fault information of an engine and allowable charging power information of a power battery; a control strategy set is generated according to the working condition information, and the control strategy set comprises at least one of the following steps that the engine is controlled to operate according to preset working parameters, and the engine is controlled to stop. According to the fault information of the engine and/or the allowable charging power information of the power battery, a control strategy is generated, so that the engine runs or stops in a reasonable working interval, namely when the EGR valve clamping stagnation fault of the vehicle occurs, except the fault needing to prohibit the engine from working, the control strategy is not used for prohibiting the engine from working; working parameters of the engine can be adjusted so that the engine can operate in a reasonable working interval, safe and reliable limping of the vehicle is guaranteed, and the influence on the performance of the vehicle can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆系统故障的处理方法、装置及混合动力车辆。其中,该方法包括:获取车辆目标组件的工况信息,其中,目标组件的工况信息包括如下至少之一:发动机的故障信息和动力电池的许用充电功率信息;根据工况信息生成控制策略集,其中,控制策略集包括如下至少之一:控制发动机以预设工作参数运行、控制发动机停机。根据发动机的故障信息和/或动力电池的许用充电功率信息生成控制策略,使发动机在合理工作区间运行或停机,即车辆出现EGR阀卡滞故障时,除出现需禁止发动机工作的故障外,不用于禁止发动机工作,可调节发动机的工作参数以使发动机在合理的工作区间运行,在保证车辆安全可靠跛行外,能够降低对车辆性能的影响。
