The invention discloses a main and auxiliary lifting forklift hydraulic system, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic drive, when a main oil cylinder ascends, oil flows through a main one-way valve and is sent to the main oil cylinder to realize ascending; when the auxiliary oil cylinder ascends, oil liquid flows through the auxiliary one-way valve and is conveyed to the auxiliary oil cylinder to achieve ascending. When the main oil cylinder and the auxiliary oil cylinder ascend, only the main lifting switching valve and the auxiliary lifting switching valve need to be controlled. When the main oil cylinder descends, oil in the main oil cylinder can only flow through the main descending proportional valve to the oil tank assembly, and in the descending process of the main oil cylinder, the flow can be controlled by adjusting the opening degree of a valve opening to achieve proportional descending. When the auxiliary oil cylinder descends, oil in the auxiliary oil cylinder can only flow through the auxiliary descending switch valve to the oil tank assembly. When the main oil cylinder descends, only the main descending proportional valve needs to be controlled, and when the auxiliary oil cylinder descends, only the auxiliary descending switch valve needs to be controlled. When a main valve and an auxiliary valve ascend/descend, only one valve needs to be adjusted, logic design is not needed, the control stability is ensured, and the situation of abnormal descending cannot occur in the operation process.

    本发明公开一种主副升降的叉车液压系统,涉及液压驱动技术领域,当主油缸上升时,油液流经主单向阀送至主油缸实现上升;当副油缸上升时,油液流经副单向阀送至副油缸实现上升;主油缸与副油缸上升时仅需要控制主副起升切换阀即可。当主油缸下降时,主油缸中的油液只能流经主下降比例阀流至油箱总成,在主油缸下降的过程中可通过调节阀口开度控制流量实现比例下降;当副油缸下降时,副油缸中的油液只能流经副下降开关阀流至油箱总成;主油缸下降时仅需要控制主下降比例阀,副油缸下降时仅需要控制副下降开关阀。主副上升/下降时,都只需要调节其中一个阀,不需要逻辑设计,确保了控制的稳定性,操作过程中不会现出异常下降的情况。
