The invention relates to the technical field of conductive connecting devices, in particular to a direct-current charging gun connecting structure. A direct-current charging gun connecting structure comprises a charging gun, two cables and two connecting mechanisms. Each connecting mechanism comprises a charging terminal, a rotating pipe, a U-shaped pipe and a corrugated pipe. A first pressure area is formed between the U-shaped pipe and the cooling pipe. The corrugated pipe is arranged on the outer sides of the U-shaped pipe and the cooling pipe in a sleeving mode. A second pressure area is formed by the corrugated pipe, the outer wall of the U-shaped pipe and the outer wall of the cooling pipe. A third pressure area is formed in the installation space, and gas in the third pressure area can enter the second pressure area. During installation, it is guaranteed that the pressure intensities in the first pressure area, the second pressure area and the third pressure area tend to be consistent, and therefore leakage of cooling liquid in the first pressure area is avoided. The invention provides a direct-current charging gun connecting structure to solve the problem that cooling liquid in an existing charging gun is prone to leakage.

    本发明涉及导电连接装置技术领域,具体涉及一种直流充电枪连接结构。一种直流充电枪连接结构包括充电枪、两个线缆和两个连接机构。每个连接机构包括充电端子、转动管、U型管和波纹管。U型管和冷却管之间形成第一压力区域。波纹管套设于U型管和冷却管的外侧,波纹管与U型管、冷却管的外壁形成第二压力区域。安装空间内形成第三压力区域,第三压力区域内的气体能够进入第二压力区域内。在安装时,保证第一压力区域、第二压力区域和第三压力区域内的压强趋于一致,从而避免第一压力区域内的冷却液泄漏。本发明提供一种直流充电枪连接结构,以解决现有的充电枪内部冷却液容易泄漏的问题。
