The invention provides a resistance braking device and method for a permanent magnet traction system of a rail transit vehicle. The resistance braking device is characterized in that a chopping module is connected with a traction inversion module in parallel and is connected with a permanent magnet motor through the traction inversion module; the uncontrolled rectifier module is connected with the permanent magnet motor through the brake isolation contactor and is connected with the brake resistor in parallel; and when the chopping module or the traction inversion module does not work, the brake isolation contactor is closed, and the brake energy of the permanent magnet motor is consumed by the brake resistor after being rectified by the uncontrolled rectifier module so as to complete vehicle brake. The device is easy and convenient to operate, resistance braking control over the permanent magnet traction system of the rail transit vehicle is safely and reliably achieved, the common electric braking function and the emergency braking function are both considered, continuous and adjustable electric braking force can be provided when a converter works normally, and when a chopping module or a traction inversion module does not work, the electric braking force can be continuously adjusted. Resistance braking can serve as a safety braking scheme to provide emergency electric braking force for the train.

    本发明提供了一种轨道交通车辆永磁牵引系统电阻制动装置与方法,装置包括:斩波模块与牵引逆变模块并联连接,通过牵引逆变模块与永磁电机连接;不控整流模块通过所述制动隔离接触器与永磁电机连接,与制动电阻并联连接;在斩波模块或牵引逆变模块不工作时,制动隔离接触器闭合,永磁电机的制动能量经不控整流模块进行整流后,由制动电阻消耗,以完成车辆制动。本发明操作简便、安全可靠的实现了轨道交通车辆永磁牵引系统电阻制动控制,兼顾了常用电制动和紧急制动的功能,在变流器正常工作时可提供连续可调的电制动力,在斩波模块或牵引逆变模块不工作时,电阻制动可作为安全制动方案为列车提供紧急电制动力。
