The invention provides a torque monitoring method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method is applied to the field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is determined that torque interference needs to be conducted on the vehicle, a first torque value calculated by an electronic vehicle body stabilization system is obtained; wherein the torque interference comprises interference to front axle torque and/or interference to rear axle torque; based on the first torque value and a second torque value calculated by a functional layer, determining a target interference torque value after interference of the electronic vehicle body stabilization system; and the target interference torque value is compared with a target torque limit value determined by the monitoring layer, and whether a preset safety state is activated or not is determined according to a comparison result. According to the method, vehicle rushing and uncomfortable riding caused by ESP torque interference activation and exiting can be avoided.
