The hoisting equipment can adapt to steel shed frames of different specifications, can automatically grasp arched girders in the steel shed frames, has a supporting effect on the steel shed frames, improves the hoisting convenience and safety of the steel shed frames, is convenient to position and install, and can effectively improve the construction efficiency.

    本发明涉及隧道施工机械设备技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种柔性钢棚架整体吊装设备。包括纵梁、安装在纵梁两端的端板、滑动安装在纵梁上的抓取机构,所述纵梁是内壁上设置有滑轨的槽状结构,纵梁的内腔中设置有传动杆,传动杆与驱动电机传动连接;所述抓取机构包括外螺纹套、套装在外螺纹套上的第一滑套和第二滑套,外螺纹套可滑动但不可旋转地套装在传动杆上,第一滑套和第二滑套的两侧固定连接有适配所述滑轨的滑块,第一滑套和第二滑套的下端均固定连接夹爪。该吊装设备可适应不同规格的钢棚架,自动抓紧钢棚架中的拱梁,对钢棚架具有支撑作用,提高钢棚架吊装的便利性和安全性,方便定位安装,可有效提高施工效率。
