The invention provides a 6xxx series aluminum alloy plate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The 6xxx series aluminum alloy plate comprises Si, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cr, Fe, Ti, Al and inevitable impurities with specific contents in percentage by weight, and in the preparation process, an aluminum alloy cast ingot is subjected to two-stage homogenization treatment at a specific temperature within a specific time range, then the obtained homogenized cast ingot is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and solid solution treatment, and the 6xxx series aluminum alloy plate is obtained. And finally, the obtained solid solution plate is subjected to two-stage aging treatment at the specific temperature within the specific time range, and the 6xxx series aluminum alloy plate is obtained. Through a two-stage homogenization treatment system and a two-stage aging treatment system, the mechanical property and the forming property of the aluminum alloy plate are effectively improved, and when the aluminum alloy plate obtained through the preparation method is applied to an automobile inner plate, the yield strength, the tensile strength and the ductility are high.

    本发明提供了一种6xxx系铝合金板材、其制备方法及应用。按重量百分比计,6xxx系铝合金板材包括特定含量的Si、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cr、Fe、Ti、Al及不可避免的杂质,制备过程中,先将铝合金铸锭在特定温度、时间范围内进行双级均匀化处理,然后将得到的均匀化铸锭进行热轧、冷轧、固溶,最后将得到的固溶板材在特定温度、时间范围内进行双级时效处理,得到6xxx系铝合金板材。本发明通过双级均匀化处理制度和双级时效处理制度,有效提升铝合金板材的力学性能和成形性能,根据本发明制备方法得到的铝合金板材应用于汽车内板时,屈服强度、抗拉强度高,延伸率高。
