The invention provides a pure electric slag car energy control method and system based on oil pump energy consumption calculation, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether the state of a whole car meets the operation condition of an oil pump or not after the whole car is powered on; if not, the oil pump does not operate; if yes, after the oil pump is controlled to run, energy consumption data of the oil pump during working in the running process of the vehicle are collected; calculating the energy consumption data through an ampere-hour integral method to obtain a real-time energy consumption value; establishing an oil pump energy consumption calculation model; determining operation conditions of the oil pump according to the oil pump energy consumption calculation model; determining a control strategy of the oil pump according to the real-time energy consumption value, the driving intention of the driver and the operation condition of the oil pump; outputting a corresponding control instruction according to the control strategy of the oil pump, and controlling the output power of the oil pump according to the control instruction; by calculating the real-time energy consumption value of the oil pump and adjusting the control strategy, the output power of the oil pump is controlled, energy management of the whole vehicle is achieved, the working time of the oil pump is optimized, and accurate control is achieved.

    本发明提供了基于油泵能耗计算的纯电渣土车能量控制方法和系统,包括:当整车上电后,判断整车的状态是否满足油泵运行条件;如果否,则油泵不运行;如果是,则控制油泵运行后,采集车辆在运行过程中所述油泵工作时的能耗数据;将能耗数据通过安时积分法进行计算,得到实时能耗值;建立油泵能耗计算模型;根据油泵能耗计算模型确定油泵的运行工况;根据实时能耗值、司机的驾驶意图和油泵的运行工况,确定油泵的控制策略;根据油泵的控制策略输出对应的控制指令,且根据控制指令控制油泵的输出功率;通过计算油泵的实时能耗值,调整控制策略,从而控制油泵的输出功率,实现整车能量管理,优化油泵工作时间,实现精准控制。
