The invention provides a heat management system, a refrigeration control method and device of a vehicle-mounted refrigerator, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The vehicle-mounted refrigerator is arranged in a whole vehicle heat management system, when the vehicle-mounted refrigerator needs to be subjected to cold supplementing, heat in the refrigerator is absorbed through a refrigerant loop of the heat management system, cold supplementing is conducted on the refrigerator, and the refrigeration efficiency of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is improved. The refrigerator heat absorbed by the refrigerant loop is exchanged into the cooling liquid loop through the water-cooled condenser and dissipated into the outside air through the cooling liquid loop. Therefore, an independent compressor does not need to be arranged for the vehicle-mounted refrigerator for refrigeration, the cost of the refrigerator is reduced, and meanwhile the noise influence caused by operation of the independent compressor to a vehicle cabin is avoided. In addition, heat of the refrigerator is transmitted out of the automobile through the heat management system, the influence of heat dissipation of the refrigerator on the cabin temperature is avoided, and user experience is enhanced.
