The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses a group tower anti-collision method, a group tower anti-collision system and a tower crane. The group tower anti-collision method comprises the steps that a tower crane obtains dynamic data and static data of the tower crane and interference tower cranes; according to the dynamic data and the static data, an anti-collision model of the tower crane and the interference tower crane in a static state under various movement conditions is constructed, and according to the anti-collision model, collision points of the tower crane and the interference tower crane are determined when the rotation action and the amplitude variation action are executed under different collision scenes; then integrating the collision points of all the collision scenes, and taking the nearest collision point when the tower crane works in the corresponding collision scene as a final collision point; and finally, under the condition that the tower crane executes the rotation action and the amplitude variation action and is close to the final collision point, the anti-collision action is executed. The group tower anti-collision method provided by the invention is high in anti-collision precision and more reliable in anti-collision performance.
