The invention relates to a method for optimizing over-temperature of an electric drive system and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps that the temperature of a stator of a vehicle motor is collected in real time through a stator temperature sensor; judging whether the temperature of the stator is greater than a first preset temperature; if the temperature is greater than the first preset temperature, starting a pool strategy to output a real-time torque limit value to limit the current torque of the motor; judging whether the temperature of the stator reaches a second preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature; if the second preset temperature is reached, a second-level fault warning is sent out, and the motor control unit limits the torque of the motor; by adding process judgment and advance torque limiting before over-temperature torque limiting, torque limiting and temperature reduction are carried out before it is recognized that the temperature has the trend of triggering a secondary fault, it is guaranteed that an over-temperature fault lamp of the whole vehicle is not prone to being turned on, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the dynamic property is not affected as much as possible through water pool strategy torque limiting, and the driving feeling of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种优化电驱动系统过温的方法及存储介质,方法包括以下步骤:通过定子温度传感器实时采集车辆电机的定子的温度;判断定子的温度是否大于第一预设温度;若大于第一预设温度,则启动水池策略输出实时扭矩限制值对当前电机的扭矩进行限扭;判断定子的温度是否达到第二预设温度,所述第二预设温度大于第一预设温度;若达到第二预设温度,则发出二级故障警示,电机控制单元对电机进行限扭;通过在过温限扭之前增加过程判断,提前限扭,已达到在识别到温度有达到触发二级故障的趋势之前进行限扭,降低温度,保证整车不会轻易点亮过温故障灯,同时通过水池策略限扭尽最大可能保证动力性不受影响,提升整车驾乘感受。
