A charging system according to the present invention is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires a predetermined time for each of a plurality of vehicles to leave a garage and a target amount of charge for each of the plurality of vehicles; a setting unit that sets a charging plan including a time period during which charging of the batteries of each of the plurality of vehicles is performed, on the basis of the scheduled warehouse-out time and the target amount of charge; and a control unit that controls the charging of the batteries of each of the plurality of vehicles on the basis of the charging plan.
