The invention relates to a brake pedal feeling adjusting device and an adjusting method thereof. The brake pedal feeling adjusting device comprises an interactive interface module used for receiving a pedal feeling selection signal and converting the pedal feeling selection signal into a corresponding physical value; the conversion module is used for converting the physical value into a corresponding pedal feeling numerical value; the curve storage module is used for storing a maximum brake pedal feeling curve and a minimum brake pedal feeling curve; the brake pressure conversion module is used for obtaining the maximum brake pressure and the minimum brake pressure based on the maximum brake pedal feeling curve and the minimum brake pedal feeling curve according to the current brake stroke; and a target brake pressure calculation module that calculates and outputs a target brake pressure based on the pedal sensing value, the maximum brake pressure and the minimum brake pressure. The brake pedal feeling adjusting device can be integrated in an IPB, and 1%-100% continuous brake pedal feeling stepless adjustment can be achieved.

    本发明涉及制动踏板感觉调节装置及其调节方法。该制动踏板感觉调节装置包括:交互接口模块,用于接收踏板感觉选择信号转换成对应的物理值;转换模块,用于将所述物理值转换成对应的踏板感觉数值;曲线存储模块,用于存储表示了最大制动踏板感觉曲线以及最小制动踏板感觉曲线;制动压力转换模块,用于根据当前制动行程基于所述最大制动踏板感觉曲线和所述最小制动踏板感觉曲线获得最大制动压力和最小制动压力;以及目标制动压力计算模块,基于所述踏板感觉数值以及所述最大制动压力和所述最小制动压力计算并输出目标制动压力。本发明的制动踏板感觉调节装置能够集成在IPB中并且能够实现1%~100%连续的制动踏板感觉无级调节。
