Based on telescopic supporting of the telescopic position correcting assembly, the deviation correcting and gnawing preventing assembly is in contact with the ground, a rolling brake component in the deviation correcting and gnawing preventing assembly serves as a driving source, a driving roller assists in braking, and auxiliary thrust is generated, so that the rotating speeds of guide wheels of the front guide wheel brake assembly and the rear guide wheel brake assembly are the same, and the walking mechanism is prevented from deviating and gnawing a rail due to differential braking; and under the deflection braking of a deflection braking part in the deviation rectifying and gnawing preventing assembly on the rollers, the rollers of the deviation rectifying and gnawing preventing assembly are kept in oblique deflection rotation, opposite oblique thrust is generated, and the deviation rectifying and straightening effects on the walking frame are achieved.
本发明涉及起重机技术领域,公开了门式起重机大车行走机构及其控制方法,所述伸缩校位组件的伸缩端设置有纠偏防啃组件,所述传动架的支架一侧设置有驱动旋转轴套转动的偏摆制动部件,且传动架的支架另一侧设置有驱动推进滚轮转动的滚送制动部件。本发明基于伸缩校位组件的伸缩支撑,将纠偏防啃组件触地,利用纠偏防啃组件中滚送制动部件作为驱动源,驱动滚轮辅助制动,产生辅助推力,以使前后两组导轮制动组件的导轮转速相同,防止行走机构由于差速制动出现偏差啃轨现象,并利用纠偏防啃组件中偏摆制动部件对滚轮的偏摆制动下,使纠偏防啃组件的滚轮保持斜向偏摆转动,产生对向形式的斜推力,对行走架起到纠偏摆正作用。
