The invention provides an experimental design method for a retrogressive double-slit flap of a seaplane. The experimental design method comprises the following steps: constructing a finite element model of a flap structure; determining an initial suspension plane of the flap structure under the ground standing state of the aircraft; obtaining an initial loading force line according to an initial actuating cylinder resultant force point located on the flap skin, a design load direction and a design load value, and determining an included angle between an initial suspension plane and the initial loading force line; performing force following simulation calculation based on the finite element model to obtain structural deformation of the flap under the action of a design load, and obtaining a deformed flap suspension plane, an actuator cylinder resultant force point and a loading force line; the intersection point of the deformed loading force line and the rack plane is used as the acting point of the actuator cylinder, and the initial resultant force point of the actuator cylinder is combined to obtain the test load direction; and combining the test load direction and the load value to form a test load considering structural deformation so as to verify the performance of the flap under the actual working condition. According to the invention, the test load can be preset, and the test is ensured to fully examine the structure.

    本发明提供一种水上飞机后退式双缝襟翼的试验设计方法,其包括构建襟翼结构有限元模型;确定飞机地面静置状态下襟翼结构的初始悬平面;根据位于襟翼蒙皮的初始作动筒合力点、设计载荷方向以及设计载荷值,得到初始加载力线,并确定初始悬平面与初始加载力线的夹角;基于有限元模型进行力跟随仿真计算得到襟翼在设计载荷作用的结构变形,获取变形后的襟翼悬平面、作动筒合力点以及加载力线;利用变形后的加载力线与台架平面的交点作为作动筒着力点,结合初始作动筒合力点,得到试验载荷方向;结合试验载荷方向及载荷值组成考虑结构变形的试验载荷,以验证襟翼在实际工作条件下的性能。本发明可以实现对试验载荷的预置,确保试验对结构考核充分。
