The invention relates to an active fault-tolerant control method and device for a high-speed maglev train guiding system, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an eddy current displacement sensing signal in the high-speed maglev train guiding system in real time; when it is detected that the fault eddy current displacement sensor fails based on the eddy current displacement sensing signals, eddy current displacement sensing signals of adjacent points and relative points of the fault eddy current displacement sensor are extracted; reconstructing a gap signal according to the extracted eddy current displacement sensing signal, and performing guide control based on the reconstructed gap signal; obtaining a gap tracking signal through a differential tracking mode, and calculating a differential value of the gap tracking signal; when it is detected that an acceleration sensor in the high-speed maglev train guiding system breaks down, guiding control is conducted by replacing the integral value of an original acceleration signal with the differential value of the gap tracking signal.
