The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle detection, in particular to a whole vehicle abnormal sound processing system and method, a vehicle, a medium and a program product.The system comprises an acquisition module used for detecting the actual occurrence position of vehicle abnormal sound in the vehicle driving process and acquiring abnormal sound information corresponding to original abnormal sound data of the vehicle; the communication module is used for uploading the actual occurrence position and/or the abnormal sound information to a server so as to receive an abnormal sound type and a solution strategy queried by the server based on the actual occurrence position and/or the abnormal sound information; and the processing module is used for driving corresponding equipment of the vehicle to solve the abnormal sound according to the abnormal sound type and the solving strategy, or prompting the abnormal sound type and the solving strategy to a user or maintenance personnel, so that the user can solve the abnormal sound. Therefore, the problems that the abnormal sound position is difficult to judge, the maintenance time is relatively long, the maintenance is not thorough and the like in the case of complicated or novel abnormal sound due to the dependence on the experience of maintenance personnel in the related technology are solved.
