The problem that spontaneous combustion of a battery pack of an electric vehicle cannot be treated in a BMS battery thermal management system is effectively solved. The method comprises the steps that a BMS module detects the states of multiple battery cells in a battery pack module to obtain multiple pieces of battery cell state data and sends the multiple pieces of battery cell state data to a vehicle machine; the in-vehicle infotainment device determines a target battery pack module meeting a preset state based on the received multiple pieces of battery cell state data; the in-vehicle infotainment device determines a target processing strategy matched with a preset state type conforming to the target battery pack module; the processing strategy comprises a control strategy for at least one of the following modules: a vehicle window, a driving assistance system, a vehicle lock, a display screen and a battery pack module; and the vehicle machine determines a target module in the target processing strategy of the target battery pack module, and processes a module corresponding to a control strategy included in the target processing strategy in the vehicle according to the target processing strategy.
