An obstacle avoidance anti-collision mechanism for an on-orbit low-speed moving device relates to the field of factory workshop equipment and comprises a closed rigid balance box and a closed elastic pressure box which are filled with transmission media, and a first communication channel and a second communication channel which are communicated with the closed rigid balance box and the closed elastic pressure box are arranged between the closed rigid balance box and the closed elastic pressure box. The first communication channel is provided with a calibration electric valve, the second communication channel is provided with a pressure difference sensor for detecting the pressure difference in the closed rigid balance box and the closed elastic pressure box, and the pressure difference sensor uploads a detection signal to a controller. Compared with an existing infrared obstacle avoidance sensor, three-dimensional space impact signals in different directions can be received, dead-corner-free impact signal induction can be achieved by adopting sealed elastic pressure boxes in different shapes according to different application scenes, and the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor has the advantages of being sensitive in induction and capable of achieving multi-direction stress induction.
