The invention discloses a compatible power supply control system and method for an explosion-proof monorail crane locomotive, the system communicates with a whole vehicle control unit, and the system is characterized by comprising a compatible power supply connecting unit, a direct current power supply control box and a charger; the compatible power supply connecting unit comprises a dual-power supply module and a switching device; the dual-power module comprises a lithium ion storage battery power supply and a lead-acid power supply which are mutually switched for use; the switching device is respectively connected with one side of the direct-current power supply control box and one side of the charger through the special lithium battery connector, the other side of the direct-current power supply control box is connected with the all-in-one machine, and the switching device can enable the direct-current power supply control box to be electrified through the special lithium battery connector under a lead-acid battery mode instruction. The whole vehicle is driven by the all-in-one machine or the lead-acid battery is powered by the charger; the whole vehicle control unit issues a lead-acid battery mode instruction or a lithium ion storage battery mode instruction; the lead-acid battery mode instruction comprises a lead-acid battery power-on instruction/a lead-acid battery charging instruction. According to the invention, the replacement efficiency can be improved, two power supply functions (a lead-acid power supply and a lithium ion storage battery power supply) are effectively integrated, and the requirement of switching use of two power supplies in an underground coal mine is met.

    本发明公开了一种防爆单轨吊机车用兼容型电源供电控制系统及方法,该系统与整车控制单元进行通信,其特征在于,包括:兼容型电源连接单元、直流电源控制箱、充电机;前述兼容型电源连接单元包括双电源模块、转接装置;前述双电源模块包括相互切换使用的锂离子蓄电池电源以及铅酸电源;前述转接装置通过锂电池专用连接器分别连接直流电源控制箱一侧以及充电机一侧,前述直流电源控制箱另一侧连接一体机,前述转接装置能够在铅酸电池模式指令下,通过锂电池专用连接器使得直流电源控制箱得电,进而通过一体机进行整车驱动或通过充电机为铅酸电池供电;前述整车控制单元下发铅酸电池模式指令或锂离子蓄电池模式指令;前述铅酸电池模式指令包括铅酸电池上电指令/铅酸电池充电指令。本发明能够提升更换效率,有效集成了两种电源功能(铅酸电源、锂离子蓄电池电源),满足了煤矿井下两种电源切换使用的需求。
